The Let's Celebrate difference
We bring the moment together.
From an intimate birthday dinner to a company celebration, every detail should feel intentional. We pair warm, professional service with a bar setup that looks as good as the drinks taste. You bring the people. We help create the experience they'll remember.
What we do
Six ways to raise a glass.
Book one service or build the whole experience. The portable mobile bar and the horse-trailer bar are separate options — the trailer is never required.
Featured experiences
Built for the celebrations Louisville loves.
Corporate events, birthdays and anniversaries, nonprofits and fundraisers, church and community gatherings, weddings and cocktail classes — every event type is welcome.
Weddings & Receptions
A styled bar, a signature pour and a bartender who keeps the night moving gracefully.
Derby & Holiday Parties
Mint juleps, seasonal menus and a bar setup built for a Kentucky tradition.
Showers & Graduations
Mimosa towers, elevated mocktails and a welcoming bar for guests of every age.
Two separate options
Choose the bar that fits your venue.
These are two independent services. You do not have to reserve the horse trailer to hire Let's Celebrate — pick whichever suits the space, or ask us which one we'd recommend.

- Completely optional — never required to hire us
Featured rentals
The add-ons guests remember.
